Nord Pool Spot recently launched a new and more user-friendly website that makes data more accessible to the users.
- We are happy for our visitors to download, store and use the content of this website for analysis or research, says Siw Hauge, Director Communications in Nord Pool Spot.
Nord Pool Spot has set the following provisions for use of content:
Visitors may not redistribute or otherwise make the contents of this website available to any other party or make the same available on any website, on-line service or bulletin board without Nord Pool Spot’s prior written consent. The provision covers all different formats, including hard copies.
Nord Pool Spot does not permit automatic extraction of data or other usage that reduces the performance of the website.
- Over the last couple of days we have seen that data has been pulled from the website with the interval of a couple of seconds, which led to reduced performance of our website. This affects the usability for other users, and we will prevent such extraction in the future, says Hauge.
If you would like to use content from the website, please read the full terms for using content from the website, which are clearly defined in the legal notice.
If you want to download data continuously, Nord Pool Spot offers commercial services that should be used. Get an overview of products and services on our pages for Power Data Services.
If you have any questions about data downloading or would like to purchase data services, please send an e-mail to Power Data Services, pds@npspot.com.
