Nord Pool Spot is pleased to announce the launch, on Wednesday 1 October 2014, of a new and updated website.
Based on member feedback we have developed a more flexible and user-friendly website, covering all our markets across Northern Europe. The website will include all the vital data and information that it has today - but offering greater customisation and presentation of data for our users.
What is new?
The new website is responsive – which means it will adapt to the user’s size of screen whether on a PC, tablet or mobile. This will allow for a better user-experience, as the page is fully utilised.
It is possible to customise the website; you can move around tables to only see the areas of your choice. Your data selection will also be automatically remembered for your next visit.
Graphs will show more and more-detailed information, as well as allowing for better direct comparison between bidding areas.
The website will include and integrate all data from the UK market N2EX. The user can choose between two major tabs on the front page, either Nordic/Baltic or UK N2EX.
We have also reintroduced the grid menu for the Nordic/Baltic market – making your favourite pages easy to access.
A tutorial video will be made available from the end of September on nordpoolspot.com.
Visibility
The updated nordpoolspot.com may not be available to all users immediately as the Domain Name Servers require a few hours to synchronize worldwide. Until that synchronization is complete, the current nordpoolspot.com website will appear in your browser.
The above changes will take place automatically and do not require any action.
