Nord Pool would like to make you aware that, following the launch of the interconnector NordLink (NO-DE), the capacity from this interconnector will be included in the system price calculation.
This follows from the current system price calculation methodology, which states: “In the event of a new connection being added to SDAC, the flow on the new cable will be included in the System Price calculation.”
As a result of the new interconnector being introduced, the list of interconnectors will be updated in the System Price Methodology document, see also UMM from Statnett.
Read the updated Nordic System Price Methodology document.
