Sharing our views – CACM and the future

From time-to-time we want to share some of our views on power market issues which we feel might interest you as much as they interest us.

Here is therefore the very first Nord Pool whitepaper, written by Hans Randen, our Director Market Coupling Operations, and entitled ‘CACM and the Future of Power Exchanges’. It examines the potential future role and shape of power exchanges under current Capacity Allocation and Congestion Management regulations.

We hope we pose some interesting questions – and potential solutions – in this whitepaper. But we’d also be interested to hear your views.
