Undersupply leads to pro-rata reduction of DK1purchase orders for 7 June 2013

Nord Pool Spot AS has made a pro-rata volume reduction to power purchase orders posted for hours 10 and 11, 7 June 2013, in the DK1 (Denmark West) Elspot area. As a result of demand exceeding supply, the DK1 area price for the hours in question has been set at EUR 2000. The following table shows the percentage reduction to posted DK1 purchase orders, and the amount (in MW) by which aggregated purchase orders were reduced. Hour 10 all SH purchase orders reduced by 0,12% and total MW reduction is 2,7 MW Hour 11 all SH purchase orders reduced by 1,93% and total MW reduction is 42,6 MW
