DAY-AHEAD: [ExC_03b] Further delay of the Market Coupling Session

Please be aware that the Market Coupling Session is delayed. Therefore, the Market Coupling Session encounters a risk of Full Decoupling.

If the Final Market Coupling Results are still not available at <13:50> CET (<12:50> GMT), another message will be sent out in order to announce the Full Decoupling.

A full decoupling will result in no virtual capacity between GB PXs.
