The Lithuanian TSO, LitGrid AB, has published an UMM (26.10.2020) stating that there will be changes in the LBI market area (import from Belarus to Lithuania). This means that capacities will be set to zero and portfolios in the LBI-area will be deactivated. A new Operational Message will be published when the date for change has been decided.
