Please ensure you:
• Send orders using Day-Ahead Web
• Continuously control your orders until gate closure
• Pay extra attention to block orders - they may double when the issue is solved, if block orders are sent multiple times
• Remove duplicate orders (if you cannot do it yourselves, contact the trading desk immediately).
