As the Nordic Flow Based implementation takes place shortly after a Daylight Saving Time change, the Nordic Flow Based TSOs and NEMOs have agreed to the following:
Should a fallback mechanism be applied in the Nordic region and a Reference Day scenario be required on 3/11/2024, the Reference Day considered would be the Saturday prior (2/11/2024) rather than the Sunday prior (27/10/2024, the day of the Clock Change containing one more hour in the results).
